We will gather, review, share, and maintain useful information for people seeking to earn income, build a business, and provide services in their communities.

Our Mission

Starting with the community of Taskers who provide services on the TaskRabbit platform, we will organize helpful information regarding good practices, how-tos, and FAQ for each Tasker Skill category.

We will also provide useful information for how to operate professionally, effectively, and appropriately on the Platform.

We will gather and share information regarding local, state, and national efforts to organize and advocate for the rights and interests of Taskers specifically, and gig economy participants generally.

What We've Achieved

• Informally, the goals listed here have informed participation in groups on Facebook, including:

  • TaskersUnited - Moderator and Admin since 2019

  • Taskers International - Admin since 2023

  • Taskers Nationwide - briefly Moderator in 2022, then blocked by the group founder, who isn’t a tasker, never explains why he’s formed the group.

• Formally, having now established this site, and it will be used as a way to make information findable, since FB group content is not easily or consistently searchable.

• 2023 goal: enable the means to collaborate and help establish both an informal and a formal ‘we’.
